What training / qualifications do I need to adapt to my manager?
I am very interested by the current Director fitness and I'm at school, but I do not understand what I have in my conclusion that the standards of fitness, a director, be vague and vary from one company to another. I know you have to first experience of the scene such as a personal trainer or group training, but I was wondering what would be the best education for me, a candidate to "go" for the post of director of fitness. I been the object of the exercise science with a minor in entrepreneurship and then the Graduate School until I found employment in a center like that and see what their requirements to become director of fitness, I do not want this school and has nothing to do. Sounds like an effective plan? Does anyone have other suggestions as to what could be done? Haha thank you in advance, I know it went well:)
