The home fitness DVD for recruitment, no gym regularly, trying to lose weight?
I am a gym regularly Users and have a good level of fitness. However, recently, new jobs (with a floppy monster) and a future transfer me little time left the gym. What I seek is a fitness DVD, what I do at home to me a good workout and allows me to keep motivation intact until you can return to sport. I do not look to lose considerable amounts of weight have and I am not interested in correct solutions problems quickly 10/20 minutes' ….. You can recommend a good gym, safe, effective DVD? I tried "Davina Fit, and while you fun, is not enough for me … Suggestions welcome!
P90X is certainly planning, not only with your diet if you do not want to lose.

Is there a magazine that questions of health and fitness for the whole family is concerned, not only for him or her?
I try to avoid 2 magazines to sign independently. My wife and are not included in the design, but we do when the weather permits. If there is a magazine that sufficient of health information and provides the ability for the entire family, I would not.

I saw an ad on TV last night and it was fun and interesting. I went to the site and decide if they think I could buy the DVD, the dance of the presidency. But when I saw the images of success, knowing that some of them are patently false. Has anyone out there tried this fitness program? If you try not to what party, and does not work? responses are meaningful and useful appricated.
