Can someone show me a few pages, good condition / diet have plans?

I really want to play football, I told some friends and made fun of me lol. 5'7''y 150 meters, I know I'm a little young to want to play football. I So try to gain volume. I am over 50 kg package, hopefully until the next football season. They seemed to think that I can not. It makes me want to do it alone. So if someone could know me some links to some sites with tips and muscle building food I appreciate it. Or if you have any advice they are clean, they are also welcome. I would not take on additions, but I'm not really a problem with that, for sure that the long term.
